EMPLOYERS MUST MINIMISE DIRECT CONTACTS BETWEEN EMPLOYEES
The order places an obligation on employers to introduce an access control procedure to ensure that workers and outsiders with symptoms of acute communicable diseases are not allowed on the territory of the enterprise. It is also imperative to provide the necessary conditions for the personal hygiene of employees, as well as personal and collective means of protection for staff. Prior to using company transportation, it is necessary to disinfect and ventilate the vehicles after each use.
Workers and employees with flu-like symptoms must temporarily be suspended from work. The same measure is applied if they do not use the personal protective equipment provided to them.
The implementation of all measures must be discussed by the committees/groups on working conditions in enterprises, and in enterprises with fewer than 5 employees - with all employees. The execution of the order will be supervised by the General Labour Inspectorate.
