Around 32,000 disabled and elderly people will receive care at home under HRDP 2021-2027.
The budget of the procedure is BGN 175 million. The main objective of the measure “Care at Home” is to provide support in the home environment for people with disabilities and elderly people who are dependent on care.

The European Commission approved the Food Programme with a budget of BGN 411.7 million.
Around 350,000 food parcels will be distributed annually with the familiar food products from the first programming period and as many more with hygiene materials, which are a new type of assistance.
